ACADEMIC & STUDENT AFFAIRS

Academic Program

Students are assigned to academic classes based ontheir academic goals, grade performance, and the results of achievement tests administered upon arrival. Our students gain the time to focus on critical English, math, and ACT/SAT skills. Students take two courses on alternate on days. All students are required to attend study hall, which is mentored by the Southern Tech faculty and staff. The academic day provides students with the time they may need to meet with their proctor should they have questions or difficulties in a particular subject area. It also allows time for students to increase their grade point average and to build a stronger high school transcript. 

Spiritual Programs

Southern Tech is a member of FCA an great Christian organization, this program will empower our students to become great mens and women of the future. We will have weekly huddle for our students.

Chapel will be held weekly, all students will learn passages from the Old & New testaments.

Christ Line will be used by Southern Tech for community service, and helping empowering the younger generation in the Charlotte area.
